  • How do I sign up to volunteer?
    The Dewitt Ox Roast is made possible by the support and dedication of our community members. There are many ways to get involved from volunteering on a planning committee to lending a helping hand for a couple of hours during the event. All levels of experience and participation are welcome! To get started, please complete this quick Volunteer Form.
  • Can I advertise at the event?
    You bet! We are a brand new team and this event will not be possible without the generous support of many partners, area businesses and community members. Advertising Opportunities Legacy - $15,000 (Exclusive level; Limit 1) = THREE YEAR BENEFIT; ONE YEAR FINANCIAL COMMITMENT Premier logo inclusion at the main event stage, key entrance areas, and banner leading the parade; dedicated seating area for 20 in the Street Festival area; name inclusion in all promotional materials including digital, printed, social, and live mentions throughout the event; prominent logo inclusion on all event volunteer T-shirts; one (1) dedicated parking space at a premier location central to Downtown DeWitt event activities from August 16-18, 2024; permission to use the event logo in marketing and promotional materials; option for company representative to kickoff/announce the event fireworks on Saturday evening from the main stage. Gold - $5,000 Company advertised on radio Logo at main event, on website, printed material & t-shirts Visit from Witty & social media shout-out Free entry in Parade 8 Carnival Passes 2 Parking Permits Silver - $2,500 Company logo at main event, website & t-shirts Social Media Shoutout Free entry in Parade 4 Carnival Passes 1 Parking Permit Bronze - $1,000 Company logo at main event & website Social Media Shoutout Free entry in Parade 2 Carnival Passes Blue Ribbon - $500 Company Logo on website Social Media Shout-out 2 T-shirts & 2 Koozies Custom: Additional support opportunities are available for key activities throughout the event.     The Dewitt Ox Roast Company was formed in 2024 and is operating as a 501(c)(4) (99-1369814) non-profit organization.
