  • How do I sign up to volunteer?
    The Ox Roast is made possible by the support and dedication of our community members. There are many ways to get involved from volunteering on a planning committee to lending a helping hand for a couple of hours during the event. All levels of experience and participation are welcome! To get started, please complete this quick Volunteer Form.
  • Can I advertise at the event? Are family supporters welcome?
    You bet! We are a brand new team and this event will not be possible without the generous support of many partners, area businesses and community members. Advertising Opportunities Legacy - $15,000 (Exclusive level; Limit 1) = THREE YEAR BENEFIT; ONE YEAR FINANCIAL COMMITMENT Premier logo inclusion at the main event stage, key entrance areas, and banner leading the parade; dedicated seating area for 20 in the Street Festival area; name inclusion in all promotional materials including digital, printed, social, and live mentions throughout the event; prominent logo inclusion on all event volunteer T-shirts; one (1) dedicated parking space at a premier location central to Downtown DeWitt event activities from August 16-18, 2024; permission to use the event logo in marketing and promotional materials; option for company representative to kickoff/announce the event fireworks on Saturday evening from the main stage. Diamond - $5,000 (Limit 4) Logo inclusion at the main event stage and key entrance areas; optional parade entry; name inclusion in promotional materials including digital, social, and live mentions throughout the event; large logo inclusion on all event volunteer T-shirts; one (1) dedicated parking space at a premier location central to Downtown DeWitt event activities from August 16-18, 2024 Platinum - $2,500 (Limit 10) Logo inclusion at the main event stage; optional parade entry; name inclusion in promotional materials including digital, social, and live mentions throughout the event; medium logo inclusion on all event volunteer T-shirts Gold - $1,000 Optional parade entry; name inclusion in promotional materials including digital and social, small logo inclusion on all event volunteer T-shirts Bronze - $500 Optional parade entry; name inclusion in promotional materials including digital and social Family - $100 Social media shout out and an Ox Roast Swag Bag including two (2) event T-shirts and two (2) event drink koozies!     A brand new team! The Dewitt Ox Roast Company was formed in 2024 and is operating as a 501(c)(4) (99-1369814) non-profit organization. The following community members make up the primary team organizing this year's event.
